Using CGT C6000 7.3.4. The pragmas DIAG_SUPPRESS and DIAG_DEFAULT must be lower case or an unrecognized pragma occurs. The User Guide (spru187t.pdf) has it as upper-case. Other pragmas like DATA_ALIGN work with upper-case.

I don't really see it as a documentation error but more of a compiler error. I'd expect the compiler to accept upper-case like the other pragmas. I suspect the compiler is actually case-insensitive with other pragmas. Just not this one. I haven't ever experimented with the case. Shouldn't have to.
