CCS debug session expression export

Hi,

I'm using CCS 5.2.1.00018.

My question is, how to export expression values from debugging (mostly arrays) into excel.

I'm using the ADC for measurement series, the results are stored into 15 arrays. Is there any possbility to export all arrays within one step?

Using Graph --> Export for every single array is a bit inconvenient :(

Hi Matthias,

what target do you use? If it has a UART/USB port, is there any reason you do not send out the ADC data there? What steps have you taken to export? Are you talking the single time graphs? Have you created a group? It does seem like the feature might not be supported but let us dig into this for you.

Hi Lisa,

I'm unsing an MSP430FRxx with USB Debug Interface.

My steps for ever single export: Right click to array in expression window --> Graph --> Export data.

Which advantages have a group?

Hi Matthias,

ok, unfortunately I was able to confirm the feature (exporting all in one step) is not currently supported. A request has been filed, from my understanding, so hopefully going forward it will be.

Same for me, I would like to export an expression (array of logs) in excel to analyse it...
