CCS V5.2 "Check for Updates" problem

Hello,

I installed CCS v5 on a new windows 7 PC and was able to use "check for updates" to update to the latest tools. But today when I clicked the "check for updates", it gave me the following errors.

I searched the forum and couldn't find a matching. Can you give me some suggestions?

Hi Allen,

you are having problems with the updater looking locally, notice the file:/C:/Users ....

What I would recommend doing is the following. Go to Windows->Preferences->Install/Update->Available SOftware sites.

There I would disable all such local sites file:.... and try again. Please keep us informed.
