Code Composer Studio Download issues

Below is an error that a professor got while downloading CCS to try to use our ANAREN integrated radio kit. Could you please help me understand the reason behind this error, so that I can help him resolve the same? I am part of the University Program team.

HI Kausalya,

how long ago did they download? I would recommend redownloading and reattempting as the best next step. Please keep us posted how that goes. We had some recent issues with a server exchange.

Thanks very much for your quick response, Lisa.

They downloaded this about a week to 10 days ago. Is that the time frame you had the server exchange issues? I shall definitely request the professor to download it again.
