how to load file to SDRAM?

Can I load a file to a specified address in SDRAM while debugging? I'm using AM3359. how could i do?

What do you want to load? The actual program? Or some just some binary/data file to target memory?

Then I think all you need to use is the memory load/save feature:

Note that the video is for CCSv4 but works the same in v5. The dialog boxes and options will look a bit different however.
