[Bug report] CCSv.5.3.0.00090 does not open PDF help files on Linux

CCSv.5.3.0.00090 installed on Linux does not open properly PDF files from help section. After clicking on a link in the help browser view, CCS first asks where to save the file and then opens a blank window. No errors were logged to the log file in workspace directory.

Attached below are windows displayed after clicking on "SYS/BIOS" -> "Getting Started Guide" in the help view

Hi Piranha,

this was a know item in the initial 5.3 release. Unforutnately I can only suggest redownloading and reinstalling to a new directory or waiting and trying an update check as this may be able to come through via the update channel. The currently posted version does install with the help files.

Lisa,

Thank you for the answer. I've installed CCS in an empty directory, so the problem is not caused by an interference with an older version. The help files are installed and I can find the PDF saved in the directory I selected, but it isn't show in the help window.
