CCS 3.3.82.13 for Simulink

Dear all,

I hope you can help me. My university purchased a C6713 for use with Simulink. According to the checkEnvSetup in MATLAB, I require CCS 3.3.82.13 which I don't have. How could I get this version? I have tried to update the CCS using the menu but it seems to be not working.

I have 32 bit Windows XP Pro SP3 and 32 bit MATLAB 2010a.
