Cannot download compiler 7.4.2 and 7.4.1

Hi,

My two computers cannot download C6000 comiler 7.4.2 and 7.4.1. The first comupter is Windows 7, IE9 and Google Chrom. The first security question shows, I press Yes. Then there is no "save, save as" question in the following browser page for both IE9 and Chrom. I even tried on Fireworks on a Linux box, it is the same problem. The other questions are there are two download links in the email input box. Does that pose as an illegal issue which prevents me to download the compiler? Another potentical problem is that this computer installed a free download manager. I do not have problem before, does this have conflicts with TI download process? I disable free download manager, it does not seem help.
