After updating from CCS 5.2 to 5.3 via the normal eclipse mechanism, some RTSC packages don't work anymore. I installed and always run CCS as a regular user.
I get at least these two errors:
RTSC product-type 'ti.mathlib.c674x' is not recognized. Please install at least one product of this type.
RTSC product-type 'com.ti.sdo.edma3' is not recognized. Please install at least one product of this type.
and these warnings:
Product 'PSP Drivers' v1.30.1 defines no repositories. Uninstall and reinstall the product, or contact the product provider.
Product 'Inter-processor Communication' v1.25.1.09 defines no repositories. Uninstall and reinstall the product, or contact the product provider
Product 'SYS/BIOS' v6.34.3.19 defines no repositories. Uninstall and reinstall the product, or contact the product provider.
Possibly unrelated, but after the update the debugger asked for my license file again.
Any ideas?
Hi Elron,
how did you run the update? Would you be able to send the install/update logs? These would be located as a non-root user, it goes in ~/.installjammerinfo/. If you're root, it goes in /var/lib/installjammer/
Do you have other packages installed in the directory?
Best Regards,
Lisa
Hi Elron,
sorry for the delay but we had holidays here and could not find a very specific item that went wrong. It seems almost as if your installation is corrupted. Would you be willing to try a fresh installation of 5.3 into a new directory and keep us informed?
Best Regards,
LIsa
