Problem when opening ccsv5

Hi,

I downloaded ccsv5 linux (offline version) for ubuntu 10.04 machine.Installation and every other things are successful.When tried to open CCSV5 icon on the desktop there is a ccs window opened for a while and then closed on its own.I uninstalled and installed many times,but of no use.can you please trouble shoot it??

Hi Venkatesh,

could you possibly send the installation logs? Do you launch/run/install with the same user login/permissions? Ie install and launch as sudo?

If you're installing as a non-root user, it goes in ~/.installjammerinfo/. If you're root, it goes in /var/lib/installjammer/

You should see a ccsv5 folder.
