Can transform evaluation CCS to work with EVM after expiration?

Hi,

The evaluation CCS v: 5.2.1.00018 is expired on my computer. The link below

gives impression that I can change the license to that coming with EVM6678LE and to make CCS back to work without reinstalling. Is that true?

I see that v 5.2.1.00018 is quite different from the version coming with EVM6678. What is the latest CCS version (not evaluation CCS) can work with EVM without expiratoin limit?

    Let's go one at a time. 

    You can dynamically switch licenses by help->code composer studio licensing information in the upgrade tab ... The launch license setup. 

    Also look here for license types

  • Hi,

    After I reactive the bundle license, it does can compile the project. But it cannot download *.out code to the EVM. Please see the error message.

    Do I miss something?

    did you relaunch the license manager?  What do you see in Help->Code Composer Studio Licensing Information?

    After activate bundle license, relaunch CCS,  it does show full licensed:

    But after Debug launching, it shows:

    Then, I click OK. CCS can still compile the project. The problem is that it cannot launch Debug to EVM board.

    can you confirm you launched the license manager from the upgrade tab?  Have you tried deleting the old license?

    Otherwise perhaps we can work out a time to pop on a webex sesssion if necessary.
