ccsv5.1 to ccsv5.3

Hello,

I have got ccsv5.1 installed in the pc with a valid license. Can I use the same licence in ccsv5.3? If yes please let me know how will I upgrade to ccsv5.3. Is it by update option in the help menu or should I download ccsv5.3 seperately to install it?

Hi Bala,

yes ccsv5.3 can use the same license as 5.1 as long as you are on the same PC .. ie same MAC address. I would recommend a fresh v5.3 installation into a new directory. CCS will ask you for a license and you can configure it the same as your other installation.
