StarterWare - Debugging Problem

Hello everyone,

I am totally new at TI platforms and his developing tools but I need to use an OMAP L-138 for my working activities. Please help me if you can.

I have a full licence CCSv5, the Starterware Pack , and the OMAP L-138 Experimenter Kit.

First of all I want to built and debug a starterware program (The GPIO one for example) to understand how to debug an application.

I did all the steps indicated on guide, the build run successfully and the CCSv5 swaps to the CCS_Debug Perspective as expected.

At this point I see that the status of the Tesas Instruments XDS100v2 USB Emulator/C674x is running but "no symbols are defined for 0x..." and the buttons "step into" etc are disabled.

I tried to load simbols and program from the load menu but nothing changes.

I see this "warnings"

No source available for "0xe00ccb1c"
-- Disassembly -> c522eec8: Unable to retrieve disassembly data from backend.

What Can I do?

Otherwise could you suggest an other way to getting started with the TI flow?

Thanks

Claudio
