Hi ,   May i Know the reason for getting below message in CCS 3.3 v under messages tab window

 

Trouble Reading Register: Error 0x00000004/-2030 Error during: Register,  Access to an unknown or invalid register was attempted.   Sequence ID: 5 Error Code: -2030 Error Class: 0x00000004

    Chandu,

    Could you provide some more information such as hat device and JTAG emulator you are using?  Is this a problem that just started happening (i.e. was working fine before)?

    Errors like this can happen for a number of reasons.  One common one is if the memory system is not properly initialized.  This is pretty common on devices like OMAPL138.   http://e2e.ti.com/support/dsp/omap_applications_processors/f/42/t/155265.aspx
