Unable to install CCS 5.3

My installation fails every time with the following error message:

Christian,

Looking at the log something is blocking the JRE from unzipping. We suspect that this may be your antivirus program. Could you try completely disabling your antivirus software and give the installation another try. If that works could you let us know what antivirus software you have so that we can try to reproduce in our lab.

you're right. Trend Micro Office Scan blocks the installation.
