Wintech TDS510USB-Plus problem

I am using TDS510USB-Plus with CCS V4.2.4 and I got a following error when connecting TMS28f28335

Error: Error connecting to the target: (Error -603 @ 0x0)
A required dynamic library could not be resolved.
The library doesn't export a required function.
(Release 5.0.429.0)

In addition, I download and installed the latest version of the driver from Wintech Digital home page.

Please let me know how to solve this problem

Hello Kimin,

I have seen a similar error when CCSv4 is installed inside the C:\Program Files (or C:\Program Files (x86) ) in Windows Vista or Windows 7 with UAC enabled. Is this your environment also?

Thank you for responding me. The detail of my PC operating system is a bit different with you. My OS is the Window XP and the CCS4 has been installed inside the C:\Program File. Is that the proble occuring the error ???

For XP, it should not be a problem.
