Problem connecting to emulator with Code Composer

Hello,

Could you try running the Spectrum Digital eZdsp diagnotics utility that comes with the target to test the onboard JTAG connectivity and post the results?

I can't find the diagnostic utility, but I have done some tests of my own. I took the TMS320F28335 chip that we had on a working board and put it on the board that was not connecting. The board then connected, so I would suspect the chip is the problem. Now, is it just a question of resetting the chip or do I have to buy a new one?

Do you see either:

c:\{Install Dir}\specdig\sdconfig

c:\{Install Dir}\specdig\sdconfigEx

?

I found Sd560v2Cnfg and SdConfigEx v4 installed on my computer. Here is the diagnostic for the USB, USB status and Dtc Configuration :

SD560v2Cnfg would not apply to you since you do not have a XDS560v2 emulator. Try running SDConfigEx and post the results
