Exception occured during launch

I am getting following error on trying to connect the ezdsp 28335 board with CCS (Version: 4.2.5.00005)

An internal error occurred during 'Creating Debug Server'.
Please see the Error Log for details.

I have tried to find out the solution on the TI community.They have told to uninstall some .msi file. I am not able to locate that.

Can you please guide me.?

Hi Sonal,

the best thing would be if you could enable error logging and send us any error logs or dump files generated. This wiki tells you how.

Is this consistant with all projects and workspaces? Would you be willing to migrate to v5?

It seems like an windows 7 issue.It got resolved by installing the higher version of the IDE.Thanks Lisa
