Hello,
I have a CCS5 (node lock license) on a Windows 7 32bit. I will soon re-format the hard drive to install Windows 7 64bit on it.
I will need to re-install the same CSS5 on it, is the TMDSCCS-ALLN01D-v5.lic file the only thing I need to keep?
Is there anything else I need to do for that process to go smoothly?
S.
Hi Serge,
if the eth0/MAC address of the PC does not change, there should be nothing required of you. If your eth0/MAC address does change then you will need to rehost your license (essentially generate a new one for the new MAC address).
You are allowed to do this one time yourself online at
www.ti.com/myregisteredsoftware
Please keep us informed how it goes.
Best Regards,
Lisa
That worked like a charm!
I'm all up and running on 64bit on a fresh new install (I now I can use my whole 8Gb or ram).
thanks!
Hi Serge,
great, happy to hear and thanks for the update.
All the best with development.
