Cannot Download CCS

It seems the download page for CCS is not working for me; when I open the download link sent to me from TI in Internet Explorer 9 the download never starts. I followed the instructions in the download faq to no avail. My computer is running Windows 7 32-bit Professional with Microsoft Forefront security software.

Hi,

I can confirm it works for me. Have you made sure you have no antivirus interference? Proxy or permissions issues? At what point does the process "stop" for you? Do you see the required myti/customer information form load?

The normal process is

- click download

- customer information/myti login form loads

- you must fill this out and be approved by our system

- the download starts/a link is emailed to you
