When trying to download this for Linux or Windows, you are never able to get the pop-up to Run/Save the install application. Meaning whether you navigate directly through the browser from the export control login to clicking the "download now" button, or click the email download link, you get to the download page, but it never prompts you to download the installer. Is this being worked on?
