Error 600 in Debug code (of TMS320f28335)

hi 

i am very new to the CCS . im using CCSv4 for TMS329F28335 . im getting an error  600 (release note 5.XXXx.0 not located ) during the debug of  the code . please kindly help me to get out of here ..

    Manoj,

    Right click on your project folder in the Project view and select Properties. You should see an option to change the compiling version.

    Could you please explain in detail when/where you see this error? What are the exact steps you take to load/debug your code and at which point do you see this error? Also it would be helpful if you could copy and paste the exact error message or attach a screenshot of the message.

    Thank for your reply .

    from the module3 given by TI ,i followed each step ..at the point of debug i got this type of error . I made the connections properly .and the LED also blinking in daughter board 

    kindly please help me to solve my problem 

    by the way  i am using Windows 7 . Moreover the kit is properly working in Windows Xp +CCSv3

    Manoj,

    If you search the forums, you will find this error has come up a few times before, so you can check if there are suggestions in those threads that help you.

    Since you are using CCSv4, my first suggestion would be to update to the latest CCS v5.3 if you don't have a compelling reason to stay with CCSv4. Many issues and bugs have been fixed in newer versions and this might become a non-issue with the latest version. You can download and install CCS 5.3 from http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Download_CCS. The different licensing options are described here, and you can even begin with an evaluation license to simply test if the connection works better with CCS 5.3.
