How to view the expressions which are located in external SDRAM?

There is nothing special you have to do to view content in SDRAM. If you can provide some screenshots of your issues, I can better understand what problems you are facing.

The debugger memory map is saying that this memory region for CNM_cntxt is not accessible. Is 0x6012E3C8 a valid SDRAM address?

The address are all available. The SDRAM was mapped to 0x60000000 to 0x60800000.

The memery in SDRAM are all accessible because the code which was accessing them was runnig successfully, just can't be got their value in CCS Expression View window.

We want view the value in the SDRAM when debugging.

You will need to reconfigure the debugger memory map to prevent access to that memory range. I assume your startup GEL file is setting the memory map. Is that correct?

Do you mean we need add a line simliar as "GEL_MapAddStr(0x20000000, 0, 0x8000,    "R|W", 0); " in the f28m35h52c1_m3.gel?
