Where can I find the file divu.asm? I want to see the _divu function,

Look in the zip file rtssrc.zip in the \lib directory of the compiler installation. A typical path is C:\ti\ccsv5\tools\compiler\c6000_7.4.2\lib\rtssrc.zip .
