Can't connect to the target

Even I repower the target and the emulator, I can't get the target be conncected.

I've tested the conncection with the ccxml file "Test conncetion" button, just can't connect to the target.

What's the problem? Can you please help me resolve it. It's very urgent!

Hi,

What is the target? What is the CCS release? What does the output of the "Test Connection" say?

Depending on the target there are a few threads that talk about this same error, and you can also check the JTAG troubleshooting page for additional details.

Hi Rafael,

I'm using the concerto F28M35H52C1 chip. I could connect successfully within the 2 months just before today.

Last week I've modified the gel file for view the content of external SDRAM during debugging. I'm not sure whether it's the reason. But even I restore the gel file to the orginal one, it can't work also. I can conncet to the board with the other laptop which installed the same version of CCS.

I think maybe I need reinstall the CCS.

I've been using CCS5.1.1.00031, after I upgraded the emulator's driver, the problem was resolved.
