I met installation problem on several version of CCS on my WIN7 64bit OS.

Which version is perfered on this situation?

Hi Allen,

a couple things - please check antivirus and permissions interference/issues.

- the latest version, 5.3 is best

- could you please send us the install logs? These are in the installjammer registry directory which might be hidden and are under program files or program files(x86) . These will tell us more.

What exact error do you get?

Hi Lisa,

There currently seems no apparent issues of CCS5.0.3 on win7-64b OS on my side. So I think I will go on working on this version for a time.

And I will also download v5.3.0 as a precaution.
