Hi,
a couple things. First I would very strongly recommend a fresh installation of the latest version of ccs, v5.3. The xds drivers should be packaged in ccs. I would recommend going to the latest version but some tips are to check for antivirus/permissions issues.
What do you see in your device manager?
Best Regards,

Hi,
it seems we are mixing issues here. Is the above error on the other pc? Have you tried rebuilding the project? With very limited information it is unforuntately hard to debug.
Best Regards,
Lisa
Hi, Lisa.
The error is on the other PC which can find the driver.
I rebuilded the project. The error is same.
the console printf some information:
CortexA8: File Loader: Data verification failed at address 0x00000020 Please verify target memory and memory map.
CortexA8: Unable to terminate memory download: NULL buffer pointer at 0x3a9f
CortexA8: GEL: File: C:\Documents and Settings\hdcard\workspace_v5_1\CCS_learn\Debug\CCS_learn.out: a data verification error occurred, file load failed.
Hi,
can you please provide details on what you are attempting? Data verification errors are usually when there is a linker command file mismatch.
Can you please let us know what exact target you use. What example or code you are trying to load and the exact steps you are taking.
Thanks and best regards,
Lisa
Hi,
I would recommend two things
- use the lastest version, v5.3 (do not update, but do a fresh installation)
- look at our getting started/training material

Hope this helps!
