Code composer problem with license



I have  Code Composer Studio 4.1.2 installed on PC and running (this host is the server,158.49.55.151). I have installed on other PC (floating license), when I start the CCS I have next error:

The file "licenselocation.txt" in the client have:

8080@158.49.55.151
C:\Documents and Settings\C1_1\Mis documentos\Mis descargas\
C:\Archivos de programa\Texas Instruments\ccsv4\DebugServer\license
C:\ti\license

"C:\Documents and Settings\C1_1\Mis documentos\Mis descargas\" is the route of lic file.

    is this a new installation?  Or has the license stopped working?   Have you tried stopping and starting the services again?  have you tried rereading the license file?

    Can you please confirm whether you have followed these steps:
