Cannot Install CCS v5.3

Hi,

I am having trouble installing CCS 5.3. 

Please help.

    sorry to hear and thanks for the logs.  We will get you feedback asap.  

    From an initial thought to check

    - it seems like it might be an issue unzipping.  Just to confirm you are not installing from a server or using any virtual/mapped drives/folders

    - double check antivirus interference

    - unzip fully before installation

    - install to default c:/ti

  • I downloaded the full installation file and I am not installing from a server or using any virtual/mapped drives/folders.

    The files are fully unzipped before installation.  

    I am also installing to the default C:/ti folder.

    From the install log it looks like your anti-virus software is blocking one of the install steps. Are you using a TrendMicro product, by chance?

    The anti-virus software would need to be disabled during the CCS installation. Do you have a way of doing this?

    I've asked our IT depart to disable the antivirus software and installation went through properly.
