Install CCS5 over windriver workbench

Hi, every one

I'm using windriver's workbench3.3 develop vxworks application, and use CCS5 develop DSP application, and now switch among two environment .I'd want to know is it possiable install CCS4 over workbench3.3, so that not need to swich always for me, I already tried to use install composer into current Eclipse installation(use workbench directory C:\WindRiver\workbench-3.3\wrwb\platform\x86-win32\eclipse, and rename the the eclipse-x86-win32.exe to eclipse.exe, the installer tell ne it's require CDT 8.0 or up, I checked the workbench already installed CDT 8.0.

Is there someone know is it possiable install  CCS5 over windriver's workbench3.3?

According to the Wind River workbench datasheet, its components seem similar to CCS up to 5.3 (5.4 uses a newer Eclipse release), therefore it should work.

I tried that with a regular CDT Indigo SR2 and it installed fine for me. However, I don't have Wind River's tools to test this, therefore I am not sure if they are somehow using modified versions of certain Eclipse components. You can check with them to see if that is the case.
