Any chance of getting a ticket opened for an enhancement? I doubt I'm the only customer who'd be interested in having this...

That's a reasonable request.  But I don't want to give you false hope.  The TI MSP430 compiler has never been available as a standalone free download.  That is unlikely to change any time soon.

Can we please get an SDO number for it, regardless? If paying customers have to go to support to get the package that's fine by me.

Thanks for filing the ticket. However, I think you misunderstand my intent - I never said anything about the offering being free or not. We have paid for CCS licenses and are perfectly comfortable with going through support to get access if TI deems it necessary.
