Problem with installation of CCSv5.3

Hi!

I am trying to install CCSv5.3. But during the installation I received a error message "One or more features were not installed correctly".

My OS is Windows XP (SP3). Previously CCSv4 was installed on this computer, but I removed it.

Files from InstallJammer Registry are attached to the post.

Could you explain me please, how i can fix this problem?

Hi Maria,

could you please check a few things for us

- can you be ensure your antivirus is turned off

- did you try redownloading in case of corruption

Would you be willing to try the v5.4 beta in a fresh directory instead of 5.3?
