Doesnt recognize .out file to program

I have the attached .out file that I can program using an old command line system that went down on me. I tried to use CCS 3.3 for the TMS320LF2406A and it went through the erasing and everything else just fine, but when it got to file it said it couldnt open it.

I tried other files and the system does program just fine so it is with this file.

I am in a real jam here and need to get this back up and going as soon as I can

I dont see if the file is attached.

Team, Inserting the file Paul mentioned. Please change the extension to .out.

I assume you are using the 24x flash programmer plugin with CCSv3?
