Hi,

   I am trying to create a new project, And copy the blinky source into my new file. I included all library files. Target configuration was automatically created. When i am creating that project, In the Advance setting option,for compiler version i dont have any other option other than TI 6.1.0. And output format also hided( default selected is TI-COFF). 

So i cannot able to build this project. It showing this error.

ERROR: --retain=g_pfnVectors not supported when producing TI-COFF output files

Please help me to create a new empty project as soon as possible.

And tell me how to create a new project and how to toggle a GPIO pin.
