Dear All,

Wen I plug in the experimenter kit through USB, the bellow hardware message is appeared:

Insert "FTDI USB Drivers Disk" labeld CD.

There is not this CD in the package!

How can I solve the problem?

Ras,

I am not sure which experimenters kit you have but did it come with a Code Composer Studio DVD? If so did you install this software? If you install Code Composer Studio (make sure to install support for XDS100 emulators) it will install the necessary FTDI drivers. The "Insert FTDI USB Drivers Disk" is a message from windows that it is displaying as an unknown piece of hardware was connected, it is able to read a name from the USB chip on the device and is asking for a driver for it.

Thanks for the reply.

I have installed CCS5 and prepared experimenter kit of TMS320F28335.

I solved the FTDI errorbuy installing FTDI driver, but I have encountered an other error when I push the "Test connection" button in the CCS. the below link
