CCS downloads not working ?

it seems the problems pops up again.

I tryed to download current CCS 5.5, in firefox, IE, disabled pop-up block and norton antivirus. And there is only a standard firewall to the internet.

Always the same: nothing happens

Any idea?

(I already contacted the Software Delivery Team without results)

How far through the process do you get.  When you click on the download button or link on the CCS download page it should then prompt you to log into MyTI (unless you are already logged in).  It then goes to an export control screening form (yeah I know that is annoying but we have no choice).  Once you fill out the form it should then go to another page that has a little grey download button like below.  Do you get all the way to that screen and then the nothing happens?  Or does it fail before then?

thanks for your care in advance;

I get alle the pages as when it works; but no download is started. When I clear all cookies I have to log in again, otherwise i will be logged in automatically, when I click the download button or start the link in the e-mail the page appears that I have to wait for the download (same page that appears while the download is running).

I also checked the Norton antivirus logfiles - nothing; I tested on 2 PCs both XP and Norton;

Today I tried the link from the e-mail on an other PC with Windows 7 => It works.
(So let's go on, until the next ccs version;-)
