We bought a 3 pack floating license for Code Composer and I tried to activate using the TI Activation ID but it claimed I have already activated. Is there a phone number or email for support for this?

the next step I recommend is to try downloading the license file from www.ti.com/myregisteredsoftware
Failing that you should contact: ccs_subscriptions@list.ti.com
