Failed CCS v 5 download

Hi,

I am trying to download Code Composer Studio version 5.3.0, but after it starts intalling, an error box comes up that says:
 
"Features not installed correctly:  One or more features were nto installed correctly.  Please look at the log C:/Program Files/Install Jammer Registry/ccsv5/60556Fe5.../ccs_setup_.5.3.0.00090_install.log for more information. "
 
I have attached the install log. 
 
Can you help with this?

    Hi WIlliam,

    it looks like the install is being blocked by something.  Likely an antivirus, possibly permissions/connection to D.

    Please double check your antivirus is off and try to a simple fresh directory, preferablly all local on C.  Another thought would be to try the v5.4 beta as there were improvements to the installer.
