Compatibility CCS with TMS320C6713 DSK kit

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am facing a problem to install CCS v3.1 in Windows 7 .Code Composer studio is not working in windows 7 . But I have to install TMS320C6713 DSK in Windows 7.How I can do it?I have got CCS v3.1 with this DSK kit.but it is not supporting in Windows 7.So How Can I solve this issue. And tell me What are the version of CCS those which are supporting in Windows 7 Platform,and also Compatible with TMS320C6713  DSK Kit.
