Hi Lisa,

I am also facing similar issue with CCS5.1. I had checked for update using CCS but haven't but CCS tells me that there are no update related to msp430, I need to install msp430 compiler with version 4.0.2 on my system to compile my software.

My team members can able to update the same using CCS but in my case its not happening.

Can you help me.

    Hi Sachin,

    first I would simply request you please post to a new thread.  It is harder to get efficient help when attached to old closed threads.

    At any rate.  My recommendation is the following.  I would move to the latest ccs version (v5.3) and install it to a new directory.  This comes with an even newer compiler.  If you really specifically need 4.0.2 then two things

    - you can use this version still in ccs v5.3

    - you can contact me offline (my ID is a link for a friend/conversation request)
