Burn into Flash of TMS320C5510 using XDS510 USB emulator

Hi all ,
Some codes have been developed for the DSPs TMS320C5510. Now I need to run these codes in standalone mode, ie, after switching OFF and then ON these codes should run automatically without a computer. The codes need to be written on to the FLASH of the DSP.
Texas website talks about a flashburn utility which is declared as obselete at present. Is there any other method by which I can do this using emulator?
If not, can a download link be provided for the utility which was earlier provided ? (even obselete will do since I am using an older version of the compiler)
I am using a CCS Version 3.3 compiler(platinum) of Texas and XDS510 USB emulator to run the codes from the computer.
or If I use the CCS V5.1 is used is the burning facility a part of the Studio ? if not how can I acheive the aim?
