Hi,
what exact ccs version and OS are you using? Would you be able to send the logs? These are in the installjammer registry directory, which might be hidden and is usually under program files or program files(x86) ... assuming windows.
Typical causes for this are
- permissions or anitivirus
- dependances
- on linux using different permissions/accounts
Please keep us informed.
Best Regards,
Lisa
It is CCS 5.4.0.00091, OS is Windows 7 64 bit.
I also tried firstly disable antivirus, then run CCS as administrator but issue remains.
Log file is here: 2234.ccs_setup_5.4.0.00091_install.log
Just to add:
1) I complete uninstall CCS, MCSDK, etc, making c:/ti very clean;
2) Install CCS 5.4 and Keystone II MCSDK. And it all worked fine at this point.
3) Inatall Keystone I MCSDK and patch, then problem shows up again. Here is a link to download Keystone I MCSDK.

Problem is always reproduced. You can try too.
Hi,
we are starting to look at this. It seems like it is likely related to your ndk version.
I have contacted some development colleagues.

Hi,
You need 2.21.02.43.
http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/sdo_sb/targetcontent/ndk/2_21_02_43/index_FDS.html
Link to all target content:

please try that and keep us informed
best regards,
lisa
The solution is to completely remove NDK_02_21_01_38 folder so it will not be discovered by CCS. Customer can use the new version 2.21.02.43 instead.
how to make ccs 5.4 detect other versions (lower) of ndk?
i'm having trouble with using some older version of ndk
