error on installation of ccs v4

I was getting error on installing ccs v4. I have tried in  all possible ways. 

I am using windows xp with 2GB RAM.

I have attached the Install  jammer registry with these. kindly any one help me to get out of this

    Hi Perumal,

    is there a specific reason not to use the latest version?  (v5.4 just released).   There have been significant improvments/fixes etc.

    Some things to do after cleaning out your isntall attempt

    - make sure antivirus is off and you have full permissions

    - fully unzip and install locally to a simple directory like c:/myccs .  I notice your install references two different drives and also uses program files (not a good idea)

    Hi Lisa

     No specific reason since i had the motor control kit with that. i tried the older version with ur suggestions, but didn't help. Finally i installed the later version. It works well.
