RE: CCS 5.3.0 update, required items could not be found

Hi Lisa,

I am getting the same error as Davor when I check for updates.

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found. Software being installed: SYS/BIOS (IDE Client) 6.34.2.18 (com.ti.rtsc.SYSBIOS.product.ui.feature.group 6.34.2.18) Missing requirement: SYS/BIOS (IDE Client) 6.34.2.18 (com.ti.rtsc.SYSBIOS.product.ui.feature.group 6.34.2.18) requires 'com.ti.rtsc.SYSBIOS.product.ui [6.34.2.18]' but it could not be found

Other Details :

OS : Ubuntu 12.04

Any suggestions ?

Hi Harsha,

first of all, may I please request that you post new questions/issues in a new post. This helps us to give you the best support.

Having said that may I ask what exact ccs version you use? Is this the only update giving problems? Have you been doing everything with the same permissions .. ie launch, install, search for updates all as sudo or else all as user?

I also meant to say that is there a specific version you are looking for? I see your post indicates 5.3 .. sorry for missing that.
