CCS v5 evaluation license cannot do extension

Hi all,

I have the same problem,  my license expired few days ago and I need CCS now. It says that i can activate 30 days extension, But it does not allow me to do so. In the website it says that the MAC address has already been used.

Please any help is appreciated. It is kinda urgent.

    Hi Vasil,

    a couple comments - first please post new issues to a new thread.   Posting to an old/closed thread leaves room for things to be missed.   Second, we do not normally just give out licenses.    I will see what I can do to ask about another 30 days for you.
