One quick question about IECPick: does ICE stand for “in-circuit emulator” as in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/In-circuit_emulator?

So are you confirming that

ICE = in-circuit emulator ?

and what does "Pick" stand for? I looked at the linked presentation (http://www.ti.com/lit/ml/sprp603/sprp603.pdf) and actually didn't find the information for either.
