Problems installing CCSv5.4.00091 on Windows 7 Pro 64-bit PC

The CCS installation fails on our Win 7 Pro 64-bit PC.  We got the pop-up error below and attached install log. Can you determine what went wrong and is there a workaround?

OIncase the font of the screenshot is too small, here is what it says, " Installer failed to install Instraller correctly. The 2 most common reasons for failure are: 1. Anti-virus on your computer could have impeded the executable. 2. Download is corrupted. Please look at the log ...."0184.ccs_setup_5.4.0.00091_install.log

 

  • The install failed when it tried to read some feature information from C:/Users/oromero/Desktop/CCS5.4.0.00091_win32/CCS5.4.0.00091_win32/featurerepo . First thing to check is whether the zip file was extracted correctly and maintained the same folder structure as the original zip file.
