Hi,
We are having trouble installing CCSv5.4.
Have spent several hours & tried several times installing with no success.
Even our customers are facing problems installing the latest version of CCS.
Below are the details.
- Tried with two different PC's (Windows XP & Windows 7 Professional)
- Disabled the Antivirus software
- Downloaded the Offline CCS installer(Zip) several times and extracted into a fresh directory
- Uninstalled the previous version of CCSv5.3 and also deleted whole CCSv5 folder
inside the InstallJammerRegistry everytime while installing
- Deleted the Whole install directory of CCSv5 inside C:/TI and also tried to install in a seperate directory
I have tried many possible ways(like restarting the PC etc) but
the install process proceeds for a while(around 20 mins) and fails with the below message.
The error message mentiones about Anti-virus and Download but
I have disabled the Anti-Virus and downloaded the same file(Offline) several times.
I will also attach the install log file.
Please let me know if there is any suggestions.
