Error in CCS v5.4 installation

I am unable to install CCS v 5.4 on my computer running 32 bit windows 7. 6131.60556FE5-C1A1-4061-8DF8-FFB8393BAE2D.zip. I am attaching the installation. Please resolve and suggest solutions.
