We have acquired a HW developmernt platform with a new CCSv4 license and we have activated through the TI website obtaining the license and 1 year subscription support. We have received the corresponding e-mails with the license file and the instructions to upgrade. When cliking the upgrade option in the manage site we have receieved an ERROR message and from that moment the option for upgrade no more appears (only appears get updates).
The provider of the License (Sundance Multiprocessor Technology Limited) assured us that the subscription obtained after actiivation of the v4 license will allow us to upgrade to v5 version.
How can obtain the upgrade to v5 present version?
